Last week, 24 Year 7 students had the opportunity to take part in a pumpkin carving workshop. Four students were chosen from each House and set the challenge to carve out the spookiest pumpkin.

The flesh of the pumpkins and the seeds were kept as Fred, our Chef , made make spicy pumpkin soup and roasted pumpkin seeds for lunch!

Our Year 7 pumpkins were displayed in the restaurant and kept for the upcoming school Halloween disco.

The students really enjoyed the event combining with classmates, showing their imagination, and carving skills. They worked very well in their teams doing a fine job representing their Houses and Year 7.
