This week, 18 Year 7 students had the opportunity to take part in a pumpkin carving workshop. Three students were chosen from each House and the students worked together to create a design for their pumpkin. The flesh of the pumpkins and the seeds were kept as Fred, our Chef, is going to make spicy pumpkin soup and roasted pumpkin seeds tomorrow for lunch! The pumpkins will be displayed in the restaurant today and tomorrow and at the Halloween disco on Thursday afternoon. The students were A credit to their year group and Houses and worked really well in teams to get amazing outcomes! All the students involved, thoroughly enjoyed themselves and are already planning for next year's pumpkins!!
